Bill plays with only 4 strings, and in some odd tunings.<\/p>\n<p>I then read an article on <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sonic_Youth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sonic Youth<\/a>&#8216;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thurston_Moore\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Thurston Moore<\/a>, becoming interested in the tunings he and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lee_Ranaldo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lee Ranaldo<\/a> use, and, well, I decided to experiment myself&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; I&#8217;ve been interested in alternative tunings for a while now, being quite heavily influenced by Delta Blues, and love experimenting with blues.
